MetaMaster doesn't remotely store, transmit or otherwise use any information from your device. The application is used to view and modify the metadata of photos and videos. All parsing and modification of the metadata are performed directly on the device without transmitting the media to a remote server.

When you contact our support we get access to your email address and any information you provide to get the support. All received data is used exclusively to provide support and never shared with a third party.

The application does not contain any native or third-party analytics. Our website (metamaster.basic-pixels.com), may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to the IP address, type of mobile device, operating system, and the type of Internet browser you use. This information is never shared with a third-party.
